Under the initiative of the SARAS, within the framework of the Regional Technical Assistance Program funded by the Asian Development Bank, the HAT Audit Tool provided by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, has been translated into Georgian language and was placed on the website of the professional organization.

On August 6, 2019, there was made an amendment to “The Rule and Practical Examples of Determining the Average Number of Employees for the Reporting Period” approved by the order №N-7 of the Head of the Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision, dated June 28, 2017.

On August 7, 2019, there was made an amendment to “The Rule about Registering Users, Reporting and Disclosure by the Entities on the Reporting Website” approved by the Order  №N-6 of the Head of the Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision, dated May 21, 2019.

On July 29-30, 2019 the Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, with the support of the Academy of the Ministry of Finance, organized events for IV Category Enterprises in Kutaisi and Zugdidi
