Audit tool is now available for any users

According to the Georgian law on “accounting, reporting and auditing”, auditor/audit firm should develop manual for audit and other audit service. Therefore, within the first stage of the technical assistance program sponsored by the ADB, with the support from the World Bank, in cooperation between ICAEW and GFPAA HAT Audit Tool was translated into Georgian language and trainers were trained. 

Audit Tool is based on the International Standards of Audit (ISA) and is developed for small-sized audit firms. You can access it on the webpage of GFPAA. 

The second stage of the technical assistance program includes trainings to auditors by ICAEW/GFPAA to simplify the practical adoption of the tool. Trainings are planned to be carried out during the year 2020 and will be available for any interested audit firm and practitioner.
