Georgia will participate in ACCA’s research “economic crime in a digital age”

ACCA plans to carry out the research “economic crime in a digital age” worldwide. Georgia will also participate in noted research with the initiative of SARAS.

The research will be an introduction to four areas of economic crime which are particularly relevant for the accountancy industry, then an exploration of how technological change is affecting the commission, detection and prevention of each, and finally a discussion of the regulatory responses which we’re seeing and expecting (AML, CTF,  bribery, public procurement etc).

SARAS will publish results of the research on the official webpage as soon as available.
