The Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision Subdivision of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia held the presentation concerning the process of reporting and publication of financial/non-financial statements on September 20, 2017

The State Procurement Agency published the statement of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia concerning construction tender offers announced through the state procurement process on the official web-page which sets out additional requirements for audit of the financial statements of the entities taking part in the construction tenders

The Agreement for permission to reproduce, publish and distribute copyrighted materials was signed by the Ministry of Finance of Georgia and the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC)

The Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision Subdivision of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, LEPL National Agency of Public Registry (NAPR) and LEPL Data Exchange Agency signed the contract, following which, data, presented in the electronic database of NAPR, is delivered to the Service

Based on information provided by professional organizations, auditors, audit firms, and the research carried out by the Service, the factual circumstances have been identified that could result in non-compliance with the legislation regulating audit activity during the state procurement

Under the order of the Head of Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision Subdivision of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, the Continuing Education Standard for certified accountants has been adopted
