Updated regulatory standards for auditing entered into force

By Order No. N-1 of 25 February 2025 of the Head of SARAS, the 2023-2024 Handbook of International Quality Management, Auditing, Review, Other Assurance, and Related Services Pronouncements, as adopted and issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB), entered into force. 

In addition to the Handbook, there is also an International Standard on Auditing for Audits of Financial Statements of Less Complex Entities (ISA for LCE). Additionally, the 2024 International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (IESBA Code), issued by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), has been introduced.
The translated standards have been published on the SARAS website and are available to all interested parties.
