SARAS hosts 8th annual "IFRS and IFRS for SMEs Updates" event with the support of the World Bank

On 11 November, at 12:00, SARAS, in collaboration with the IFRS Foundation and with financial support from the World Bank, hosts its 8th annual event. The target audience includes accountants, auditors, public interest entities (PIEs), I and II category enterprises, and investors.

The event is designed to provide stakeholders with timely, in-depth information on recent updates in the field of accounting, enhancing the overall quality of financial reporting. 

The keynote speaker, Jianqiao Lu, a member of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), will brief participants on the latest changes and developments in IFRS and IFRS for SMEs standards. The interactive format of the event will allow participants to receive expert answers from the speaker on issues of interest.
