SARAS’s cooperation with the energy sector

Decree №246 of the Government of Georgia was published, according to which on each reporting year, in order to identify small enterprises in the electricity sector, SARAS must submit the list of first and second category entities to the electricity distribution licensees - electricity distribution system operators no later than October 1 of each year.

For the period from July 1, 2021, in order to identify small enterprises in the electricity sector, the 2019 data of entities are used, which will be submitted to the operators within a month after the decree will come into force.
