The World Bank held an online meeting with universities

Within the frames of the European Union-World Bank joint Financial Inclusion and Accountability Project, the World Bank held an online meeting on April 27 on: "National Educational Initiatives Integration of Higher and Professional Education in the field of Accounting and Auditing".  

The event was intended for the representatives of universities. The representatives of the World Bank informed the audience about their future plans in the field of education. In particular, the World Bank plans to support universities in various areas within the frames of the European Union-World Bank joint Financial Inclusion and Accountability Project: in particular, provision of university libraries with books for professional certification of auditors, training, etc.  

A representative of SARAS also attended the event and addressed to the audience. The representative presented the draft syllabus for professional certification to the attendees of the event, which will guide the universities in the credit admission process.  

In connection with the point mentioned above, recommendation reference for universities will be published on the SARAS web page soon: “Recommendation reference in connection with the Syllabus of the certain academic disciplines of the persons carrying out educational activities wishing to admit credits”.
