SARAS adopted the updated list of entities with PIE status

Based on the Act No: 584 of the Georgian Government of November 29, 2019, by the SARAS Decree N 575 of November 25, 2020 the updated list of entities with the PIE status was adopted. 

This status and the requirements imposed by the legislation will be effective for reporting period ending December 31, 2020 and thereafter. If reporting period of an entity doesn't match with the calendar year – this regulation will be effective for reporting periods following December 31, 2020.
