A working Group is set up to develop and enhance the regulations related to the Unified Registry of Certified Accountants

On June 1, 2020, following the legal requirements, SARAS placed the Unified Registry of Certified Accountants on the webpage. Information on those certified accountants who are members of the professional organization operating in Georgia is presented in the Registry. 

A working group is set up for the purpose of increasing the benefits of the registry for stakeholders. It consists of representatives of professional circles, business associations, government agencies and SARAS, as well as the members of SARAS Board. 

The working group will discuss key issues related to the Registry and develop recommendations for further enhancement and improvement of this information resource that, in turn, should address issues such as improving the quality of reporting and promoting confidence in the profession. 

SARAS will regularly provide information on all the important stages of the Group work, as well as on further processes.
