A single window principle is introduced to improve the service quality for business sector

On March 30, 2020, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between SARAS and the Data Exchange Agency of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.

The memorandum introduces single window principle and aims at improving the service quality for business sector as it provides integrated, secured and high-quality E-services. This approach will promote building a culture of transparency and make data more accessible and reliable. This will make it simple for representatives of business sector to attract strategic partners and make right decisions.

Within the frame of cooperation, the relevant link from reportal.ge will be presented in the business registration section of the Unified Portal of Electronic Services - my.gov.ge -together with other information about registered entities. Thus, the following information about the entity will be available on the portal:

Data from the registry of entrepreneurial and non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entities
Data from reportal.ge including financial and management reports.

This way private sector will become more competitive. The change will promote building fair and transparent business environment and most importantly, it will positively impact on the international reputation of Georgia as it corresponds to the approaches provided in the World Bank ranking methodology for Doing Business.
