SARAS adopted decree on assigning the status of Public Interest Entity to certain legal entities

According to the Act No: 584 of the Georgian Government of November 29, 2019, the criteria for classifying the legal entity as a Public Interest Entity by SARAS has been adopted. Legal entities, that meet the criteria of the Act, are assigned the status of Public Interest Entity by the order #1781 of the Head of SARAS of December 23, 2019.

This status and the requirements imposed by law will be effective for annual reporting period ending December 31, 2020 and thereafter.
