Successful interagency cooperation to ensure “single window principle” for presentation and publication of reports

Within the frames of stock market reform, the National Bank of Georgia, SARAS and Financial Analytical Service developed a “single window principle”. As a result of project implementation, the following processes will be simplified for public market issuers: presentation, publication and administration of financial/non-financial statements.  These simplifications will enhance the effectiveness of related processes. 

Within the frames of reform, entities will be able to submit interim reports with the informational platform of SARAS – reportal.ge. Reportal is the first public information resource in Georgia containing financial statements and management reports of companies registered in Georgia. Similar synergy of processes will simplify the process of presentation of reports to these bodies, as well as publication.

It must be noted, that since the year 2018, FAS ensures development, update and technical support of reporting.
