Workshops on the Financial Reporting Standard for IV Category Enterprises and the Reporting System were held in Kutaisi and Zugdidi

On July 29-30, 2019 the Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, with the support of the Academy of the Ministry of Finance, organized events for IV Category Enterprises in Kutaisi and Zugdidi.

The main purpose of the events was to familiarize the audience with the key principles of the new Financial Reporting Standard for IV Category Enterprises, the legislative requirements, and the information about the upgraded Reporting System.

Within the framework of the meeting, the self-learning manuals, developed with the support of the UK Good Governance Fund and published by the World Bank financing, were distributed.

Over 200 people attended these meetings.
