The presentation concerning reporting and publication of financial/non-financial statements was held

The Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision Subdivision of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia held the presentation concerning the process of reporting and publication of financial/non-financial statements  on September 20, 2017

During the presentation, the main requirements of Georgian `Law on Accounting, Reporting and Auditing` regarding the reporting of financial/non-financial statements was presented; the technical process of reporting of financial/non-financial statements and audit opinion was demonstrated; the structure and functionality of the reporting portal was also presented to the audience.

Target audience of the presentation were  entities which are required to report 2016 financial statements and audit report no later than October 1st of current year, as well as the representatives of the audit firms that are granted with a temporary right to perform audit of PIE.  At the end of the presentation, the audience was given the opportunity to get information needed in question-answer mode.

The presentation was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Revenue Service, the National Bank, LEPL Insurance State Supervision Service, the National Regulatory Bodies, professional organizations and other interested parties.
