Contract with the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry and LEPL Data Exchange Agency was signed

The Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision Subdivision of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, LEPL National Agency of Public Registry (NAPR) and LEPL Data Exchange Agency signed the contract, following which, data, presented in the electronic database of NAPR, is delivered to the Service.  According to the agreement, the Service is entitled to publicize the data through the reporting portal. Delivery of the data discussed above is carried out by the Data Exchange infrastructure of the Data Exchange Agency. 

Publication of the financial and non-financial statements and the audit reports produced under the requirements set out by the Georgian `Law on Accounting, Reporting and Auditing` on reporting portal, as well as publication of the information noted above, increases financial transparency and provides the users with the full understanding of the entity.
