Another AML/CFT Stakeholder Awareness Session held by SARAS

The AML Department of SARAS organized an online awareness session. The session focused on the newly adopted normative act on the approval of the rule for the completion and submission of AML/CFT risk supervision reporting forms by obliged entities, which entered into force on 9 December 2024. The meeting also covered the technical details of completing and submitting the approved ML/TF reporting forms as per the new regulations.

SARAS representatives provided interested parties with relevant information on the legal issues introduced by the act and answered their questions. In total, more than 300 people attended the meeting.
