Notice to Entities

We would like to remind you that, according to the Georgian law on “Accounting, Reporting and Auditing”, PIEs and all category entities are required to submit their annual reports on Reportal no later than October 1.

However, since October 1 is a non-working day this year, according to the law, all category entities are required to submit their 2021 annual reports no later than October 3 (including October 3).

If the reporting period of an entity does not coincide with the calendar year, it is obliged to submit a statement upon its availability, but not later than 9 months from the end of the reporting period.

The articles 9 and 28 of the Georgian law on “Accounting, Reporting and Auditing” are the basis for the obligation of report submission.

We would like to remind you that entities submit their annual report on Reportal for 5 years. The submission rate for PIEs, I, II, III category entities is 95%, and considering IV category entities it made 80%. SARAS expresses gratitude towards the entities and hopes this rate will be maintained next year.
