A memorandum of cooperation was signed between SARAS and the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement

On June 16, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between SARAS and the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. It aims at improving financial transparency in the educational sphere as well as enhancing the quality of professional education.   

In the scope of the memorandum the reporting module on reportal.ge - will be upgraded, that facilitates the submission of financial statements through reportal.ge by those entities accountable to the Center, including LEPLs as well as commercial and non-commercial legal entities, for the reporting periods of 2020 and afterwards. 

The cooperation between parties will extend the single window usage of reportal.ge for the purposes of which the presentation will be held for the education on its features and functionality. 

The parties, within their competence, will cooperate to enhance standards and quality of professional education in the sphere of accounting and auditing, as well as to implement the international practice in Georgia.
