Workshop on the Financial Reporting Standard for IV Category Enterprises and the Reporting System was held in Telavi

On August 9, 2019, the Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, with the support of the Academy of the Ministry of Finance, held the workshop on the Financial Reporting Standard for IV Category Enterprises and the Reporting System in Telavi. Representatives of IV Category Enterprises attended the event.

The main purpose of the events was to familiarize the audience with the key principles of the new Financial Reporting Standard for IV Category Enterprises, the legislative requirements, and the information about the upgraded Reporting System.

Within the framework of the meeting, the self-learning manuals, developed with the support of the UK Good Governance Fund and published by the World Bank financing, were distributed.
