SARAS held the working meeting regarding the reporting standard for small and medium-sized and fourth category entities in Telavi

On November 22, 2018, SARAS held the working meeting in Telavi. The meeting was concerning the adoption project of the Simplified Reporting Standard for Fourth Category Entities and self-learning document with the support of donor organizations. Within the frames of the meeting, representatives of SARAS introduced the audience to the reporting standard for small and medium-sized and fourth category entities The meeting aimed to support GFRS adoption and development in regions.

During the presentation, representatives of SARAS presented to the audience the Guidance - “Self-learning Material for the Reporting Standard for Fourth Category Entities” - developed by the Service. Representatives of SARAS and donor organizations held the presentations. They discussed the following issues: the simplified financial reporting standard, self-learning document and the rule of presentation of Financial Statements. During the meeting, presenters also held the panel discussion concerning “Challenges of fourth category entities and entities owned by woman and resolution of these matters”.

Guests invited from regions, representatives of business associations and professional organizations attended the event held in Telavi.
