SARAS signed the Collaboration Memorandum with the Competition Agency of Georgia

The Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision Subdivision of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia and the Competition Agency of Georgia signed the Collaboration Memorandum on February 5, 2018. The Memorandum aims to ensure free and healthy competition environment in accounting, reporting and audit field by strengthening the collaboration. 

According to the Memorandum, both sides shall carry out collective consultations, share considerations regarding non-compliance with competition rules in accounting, reporting and audit field, jointly plan, discuss and analyze the events aiming to ensure a competitive environment and reduce/eliminate barriers in the process of audit field law improvement.
