Decree on adoption of international standards related to audit activity in Georgian language is signed off

Decree N24 of the head of SARAS on adoption of the international standards included in the IFAC’s Handbook of the International Quality Control, Auditing, Review, Other Assurance and Related Services and the Handbook of the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants in the Georgian language is signed off. Accordingly, the following standards are adopted in Georgia:

• International Standard on Quality Control (ISQC)  And International Standards on Auditing, Review, Other Assurance and Related Services (volume 1, volume 2, volume 3); and

• The Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (IESBA).
